Pathfinders MCC training is the brainchild of Captain Sean Bennett. The company concentrates on bringing the student to a level where he will have a proficiency in 737 jet operation, leaving him in good standing for a 737 type rating.
The ground course is completed over a three day period in the Pathfinders Training Centre in Weston Airport and the Sim Training is completed in Southampton on a 737-800.

The Training Centre in Southampton is CTC Aviation with the Sims and Briefing Rooms. Students have a choice of staying in either Jurys Hotel or The Ibis, with all the transport to and from the training supplied by Pathfinders.

All the instructors are experienced 737 Training Captains, Sean Bennett, Dereck Joyce, Robbie Redmond and Tommy McQuaid who is our CRM instructor.
The instructors are also current CPL/MEIR instructors and JAA Examiners so they can bridge the gap for students moving from Multi Engine Class to Jet Training.
Pathfinders office is located at Weston Airport, Tel. 087 7956508 email
